Jardine Common Area

First Construction, LLC completed the Kansas State University, Jardine Apartments, Building Number 5, Tenant Improvement. The project space consists of a coffee shop, C-store, bar, banquet room and full service kitchen within 7,940 square feet. Jardine No. 5 received LEED Gold status. This tenant improvement will prove to be a stepping stone for future LEED projects in the area to come.
